Especially the hypersensitivity to certain dental care products plays an important role. Over time, you will be able to see for yourself which products are good for you and which irritate the gums unnecessarily.
In addition, you should only enjoy certain stimulants with great caution or in the best case completely refrain from them. These include, for example, tobacco consumption, coffee and alcohol.
